Brandon is a GREAT realtor. He is professional and understands the real estate market. He listened to our needs, showed us houses that fit those needs, not wasting time on ones that did not. He was very patient with us as we entered into 2 escrows that we dropped out of escrow due to issues with the inspections. The third house was perfect and we entered a 3 week escrow and nothing “slipped through the cracks”. He went the extra mile to help with the acceptance of the offer as it was listed as “not accepting” offers for 3 more days. He called the listing agent and had them look at it and got them to accept it.

Brandon really went beyond to help us get our property on the market as out of area owners. He was able to quickly source and manage the process of getting the home ready to market. Also impressive is Brandon’s commitment to market the property to it’s highest potential which is crucial in a market like Lake Tahoe with many out of town buyers and sellers. Brandon was fantastic! We found Brandon through Zillow while looking for a in the North Tahoe area. We were not in a rush with our purchase and he was very patient as he helped us identify what we were really looking in a condo and where we wanted to purchase.
