I have been living in the greater north Tahoe area for the past 4 years and recently started looking into purchasing a home. I have pretty specific needs and was impressed with Brandon’s breadth and depth of knowledge about the area and willingness to focus on a property that works best for my needs – he wasn’t trying to push me into something I didn’t want. I have been thrilled with his knowledge of homes available between Tahoe Vista and the West Shore (that’s where I’m determined to find a home). I was extremely impressed with how Brandon was informative about pros and cons about particular neighborhoods including road conditions, HOA fees, and general considerations. There’s no question in my mind I Brandon is one of the most helpful and knowledgable realtors in the area.
