Looking at the overall stats for the region, the trend continues for prices finding their plateau. All statistics over the past nine months point to a market that has seen a drop in the price a buyer is willing to pay for a home. Across the board, prices and volume are back to where they were during the 2018 market run. The first months of the year are always difficult to make a definitive statement on with the inventory low and overall number of transactions the same. We will continue to monitor the trends as we move further into 2020.
